       Health Ingredients Japan is a professional sourcing and networking exhibition for companies involved in health-focused food ingredients, supplements, and functional food and beverage development.        Hi Japan covers the business of developing health-oriented foods, beverages, supplements, and functional nutrition products. The exhibition centers on ingredients that add nutritional, physiological, sensory, or market value to consumer products, including probiotics and lactic-acid bacteria, proteins, collagen, NMN, botanical extracts, natural raw materials, and other functional components.
